Shipping & Returns
I have free shipping in the US on orders over $100. My website is set up to only ship to the US; please email me your address if you are out of country for a shipping quote. (I am happy to ship abroad.)
All shipments are shipped via USPS
Returns of all products with the exception of originals are only accepted if the item was damaged during transit. If your item was damaged during shipping, please send me detailed photos of the package and damage so I may begin the insurance claim process. Buyer must notify me within 1 week of receiving the item about any damage or the return/refund will not be possible.
*ANY AND ALL CUSTOMS FEES, ADDITIONAL CHARGES OR TAXES ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER*
Once the package leaves my hands there is nothing I can do to control the time it takes to arrive or the state in which it arrives. I do everything in my power to make sure your item is securely packaged in many layers of protection, however I cannot be held responsible for how the post office treats the package. This is why every purchase comes with full shipping insurance! If there is any issue please contact me RIGHT AWAY so I can get it resolved for you.
My ultimate goal is for you to be thrilled with your purchase! Please let me know if you are unhappy in any way so I can make it right for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Policy for the Return of Originals
Don’t love your new artwork? If the original artwork doesn't satisfy you entirely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package.
Unfortunately, after 7 days of I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
